What Sets Us Apart
Speech and Natural Language Processing technology is making its way into consumer applications every day. Sure, you can order a pizza and dim your lights by speaking into a device… but what about interacting with complex enterprise applications? Or what if you needed to ingest tens of thousands of hours of video content and learn something from it? ArctosAI is bringing Artificial Intelligence technology to business applications to solve real industry problems.

Smarter than your Average AI
NLP is a branch of Artificial Intelligence that deals with computer algorithms for understanding and processing natural language. Machines do not intrinsically comprehend the dynamic conversations we as humans use to communicate with one another, so as the world moves towards voice-to-text and voice-command environments for virtually all devices and industries, we need a smart way to enable these systems to understand meaning without having to change our natural way of speaking. ArctosAI’s NLP is a unique and extremely powerful architecture that allows us to extract accurate meaning from virtually any spoken conversation it receives.
NLP technology often intersects with other areas of computer science and Artificial Intelligence, such as Machine Learning and Data Mining. We’re building on the latest research and technology in these fields to create genuinely valuable business software solutions.
Data Mining
Data Mining systems seek to discover facts, relationships, and insights from large amounts of data – most often text-based. We extend that approach to video and audio content by pairing Text Mining technology with Speech Recognition and Natural Language Processing.
There is no shortage of content out there and it’s growing…fast. According to Forbes, more data has been created in the past two years than all of prior human history combined. In less than half a decade, there will be 45 trillion gigabytes (4.5 zetabytes) of data and over 50 billion connected smart devices pouring more than 2 megabytes of new information into the world every second.
Luckily, our systems are being designed (using, in part, sophisticated machine learning) to quickly derive meaning and actionable insights from datasets living in the repositories of this enormous sea of content. We’ll make it simple to bring the “good stuff to the top”.
Do these restaurant/trip reviews agree? How do this month’s news articles on economic outlook differ from last month’s? What are the trending opinions on social media sites? What trends can we find in video repositories which will help me understand sentiment surrounding my business? These are some examples of problems that our Data Mining technology can solve.
